Cookie Preferences

This page explains how to review and change your cookie consent choices for Book GCC Trip. It is a short, practical companion to our Cookie Policy, which sets out the full detail on each category of cookie, what it does, and how long it lasts. This page focuses only on the mechanics of opening, understanding, and changing your preferences.

You are asked to make a cookie choice the first time you visit Book GCC Trip on a given browser and device. That choice — and every later change you make to it — is what this page explains.

1. The Cookie Preferences Control

Your consent choices are managed through a single preferences panel, accessible at any time from the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of every page on Book GCC Trip. Selecting it reopens the same consent panel you saw on your first visit, pre-filled with your current choices where we have a record of them.

There is no separate settings page to search for — the footer link is the one control for reviewing and changing your cookie choices on Book GCC Trip.

2. What You Can Change

Essential cookies:

always active and cannot be turned off through this control, because the Platform cannot search, hold a booking in progress, or keep you signed in without them. See our Cookie Policy, Section 2.

Analytics cookies:

optional. You can turn these on or off; when off, we do not set cookies that track how you use the site for our own analysis. See our Cookie Policy, Section 4.

Marketing cookies:

optional and off by default until you actively turn them on. When on, they support relevant advertising and marketing measurement as described in our Cookie Policy, Section 5.

You can accept every optional category at once, reject every optional category at once, or set Analytics and Marketing individually before saving.

3. When a Change Takes Effect

When you save a change to your cookie preferences, your choice takes effect immediately for future cookie use going forward on that browser and device. If you turn a category off, we stop setting new cookies in that category from that point; cookies already set before your change may remain on your device until they expire naturally or you clear them, in line with the retention periods described in our Cookie Policy.

4. Where Your Choice Is Stored

Your saved preference is stored on your own device, tied to your current browser. If you are signed in, we also keep a record of your consent choice on your account so it can be honoured consistently. If you clear your browser's cookies and site data, switch browsers, or use a different device while signed out, you may be asked to make your cookie choice again on that browser or device.

5. This Does Not Affect Core Site Function

Changing your Analytics or Marketing preference does not affect your ability to search, view hotels, create an account, or complete a booking. Those functions rely only on strictly necessary cookies, which are outside the scope of this control — see our Cookie Policy, Section 2.

6. Browser-Level Controls Are a Further, Independent Option

In addition to the Cookie Preferences control described above, your browser has its own, independent cookie settings that let you block or delete cookies for Book GCC Trip or any other website. A browser-level change is managed entirely by your browser and applies on top of, not instead of, the choice you make through our own control. See our Cookie Policy, Section 7, for more on browser-level controls, including that blocking strictly necessary cookies at the browser level can prevent parts of the Platform from working correctly.
