This Responsible AI Statement explains where and how Book GCC Trip uses artificial intelligence and automation, what you can rely on it for, and what always requires a human decision. We publish this statement so you know what to expect, and so it is clear that our published Terms and policies — not an automated response — are what ultimately governs your booking.
This statement applies to every AI-assisted feature on the platform, including the Book GCC Trip Assistant described below. It does not create any right or entitlement beyond what our Terms and other policies already provide.
The Book GCC Trip Assistant is an automated chat support feature built into the platform. It is designed to help you with routine questions — for example, finding a hotel, understanding a charge, or locating the right policy — more quickly than searching manually or waiting for a support agent.
The Assistant is a support tool, not a decision-maker. It does not replace your booking confirmation, and it does not have the authority to approve a refund, override a policy, or make a final decision on your account or booking.
Like any automated system, the Assistant can misunderstand a question, summarise information incorrectly, or produce an answer that sounds confident but is wrong. We do not claim, and you should not assume, that its answers are complete or error-free.
Treat the Assistant’s responses as guidance, not a guarantee. For anything that matters — a cancellation deadline, a price, a room feature, or the status of your booking — verify against your official booking confirmation, your account in My Bookings, or by contacting a human member of our support team.
All Book GCC Trip bookings are non-refundable as platform policy, with two narrow exceptions described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy: Force Majeure and Hotel Permanent Closure. Whether either exception applies to a specific booking is a decision made by human review at Book GCC Trip, not by the Assistant or any other automated system.
The Assistant may help you understand these policies or point you to how to submit an exception request, but it does not itself approve, deny, or process a refund. If the Assistant’s answer appears to promise a refund or outcome that conflicts with our Cancellation & Refund Policy, that policy controls, not the Assistant’s response — see Section 5.
Where AI assists in drafting a response or a piece of content for the platform, we review AI-assisted output as a matter of reasonable operational practice before it is relied on for anything consequential. We do not claim a formal certified AI-governance framework, and we do not run or claim to run any particular named AI model — the specific technology we use may change over time as we evaluate what works best and most safely for our guests.
If a response from the Assistant, or any other AI-assisted feature, conflicts with our Terms and Conditions or any other published policy, our published Terms and policies control — not the AI-generated response. You are not automatically bound by, and cannot rely on, an AI Assistant answer that contradicts what our official documents say.
Messages you send to the Book GCC Trip Assistant are handled under the same privacy practices that apply to the rest of the platform, described in full in our Privacy Policy.
You are never required to use the Book GCC Trip Assistant. You can manage a booking directly through My Bookings, or reach a member of our support team at support@bookgcctrip.com at any point instead of, or in addition to, using the Assistant.
If the Assistant gives you an answer that seems wrong, unsafe, or inappropriate, please report it to support@bookgcctrip.com with as much detail as you can, including what you asked and what the Assistant said. We review reports of this kind to help us improve the feature.
